How will I get my purchase?
If you have purchased your product in the Latvia region you will receive your order by Omniva but if you have purchased from other countries your order will be delivered by Latvijas Pasts.
How do I pay for my order?
There are three ways to pay for your order :
- Payments by bank transfer: You must select -Bank transfer. After placing the order you’ll receive a message in your email, with order details to which the transfer must be made. The order will be processed only after your payment.
- Paying with a PayPal account: Select the option – Using Paypal
- Payment with payment cards: Select the option – Credit card
How to use a gift voucher?
Once you have selected products you want to purchase, click on checkout above Billing information you’ll see – ‘’Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code’’, enter your code and the discount will be applied automatically.
Orders, warranty, and return
How do I know if an order has been placed and confirmed?
After you have made your order and proceeded to checkout, you should receive an e-mail with information about your order. If you haven’t received any message, check the “Spam” section. You can view all confirmed orders in your profile section “orders” if the order isn’t there, then the order hasn’t been completed and you’ll need to make a new order.
Is there a way to make changes to an order that has already been approved?
After your order is confirmed you cannot change the size, color or model of the goods. But please contact us to clarify the option.
Is it is possible to exchange the received product for another (color, model, size)?
If your order isn’t custom-made, then yes.
When will I receive money for returned goods?
After returning your purchase, your money will come to your bank account in 14 business days. We will inform you about the receipt of returned goods by e-mail.
Goods that I bought online arrived damaged. What can I do?
If the received product is defective or incorrectly ordered by Printyourdesign. Please include your order number in the email and a brief description of the issue. If possible, include a photo of the defect in the item.
How to choose the right size?
